Seven Colors for Seven Chakras

There are seven main chakras (energy centers) in the body, and we have a candle to represent each one, plus a rainbow and a white candle.  We will describe the uses of each one in the rest of this article. You can use them to focus on in meditation, and work on opening your chakras over a period of time, or use to focus your mind and spirit on a specific intention, sometimes referred to as a spell or a prayer. Work through all the chakras, or pick a specific one. Each is described, in addition there is a simple White Lotus Chakra Meditation at the end of the article!

The green Anahata Chakra resides in the heart center which represents Air, movement, and activates the sense of touch. Kundalini - Sri Yantra (Chakra Rainbow)

The ancient yogis of India considered Sri Yantra to be the most powerful of all known geometric power symbols.  The key is experiencing Sri Yantra as a “star gate” to the Zero Point of Source from which all manifestation ultimately comes.

Kundalini is the simultaneous opening and balance of all the chakra energies and is said to rise like a snake from the root to the crown chakra.

Use the Rainbow Sri Yantra (Kundalini) Chakra Candle for chakra balancing, manifestation, and awakening kundalini.

Enlightenment - White Lotus

The White Lotus symbolizes Bodhi, the state of total mental purity and spiritual perfection. In Buddhism, the eight petals correspond to the Noble Eightfold Path of the Good Law. This is the lotus found at the heart of the Garbhadhatu Mandala, being the womb or embryo of the world. It is characteristic of the esoteric sects, and the lotus of the Buddhas. Choose the  White Lotus (Enlightenment) Chakra Jar Candle or  White Palm Oil Tapers.

White Lotus Chakra Meditation

Picture moving the white lotus through down through the Crown and into all 7 major chakras. When you reach the root chakra, visualize the white lotus growing its stem through still waters waters and into the soil of the earth, where it sends out roots.  Planting the white lotus will ground the highest frequencies of spiritual enlightenment into your being and allow spiritual awareness to blossom.

One Final Note on Chakra Candle Meditation

Those of us on a spiritual path are always tempted to start with meditation on the brow or crown chakra. But yoga teachers, swamis, and gurus will tell you that it is through kundalini, who rests in the root chakra, that you will truly open all your chakras. If you start at the base, and work your way up, you will have a balanced and working knowledge of all your energies.
